Thanks!
ive seen a ton of recipes around but theres always a ton of ingrediants...
anyone have a simple lemon chicken recipe?

Katie Couric's lemon chicken recipe is on here- it's by far the easiest one to make and it's really good. HTH!

I make a really simple lemon garlic chicken...
Take chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, chopped fresh rosemary and fresh minced garlic. I season under the skin as well as on it. Arrange in a lightly oiled or buttered baking dish and add a sliver of butter to each piece. Place in oven at 375 for 25-30 minutes. Take out dish and then squeeze 2 lemons over nearly cooked chicken. Leave the lemons in the corners of the dish. Bake for another 10-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Arrange cooked chicken on a platter with slices of fresh lemon and some sprigs of parsley.
