How do I not be scared of sprinting on the treadmill
I always just walked fast, I have a trainer now and she had me sprint at like 8.0 for one minute, I get anxiety and always have the fear of falling. She showed me the correct way but still scared to death. Now I M ascared she will make me do that everytime I go.

No advice, but I had a similar experience with a trainer.
I am sure they are good at what they do, and I have to get out of my comfort zone blah, blah, blah, but as someone who is not that in shape at all, I felt they were pushing me way too much, too soon.
This is a big reason I don't like the gym at all.

Try going on your own time & gradually increase the speed. It's all mental. If you start at 5 & then increase by .2, you'll see it's not much different. Then you slowly add another .2 & another.. until you're at 6. Then you bring it back to a walking pace & the next time, jump to 6 right away & start increasing by .2 again.
Once you convince yourself you can handle the speed, you won't be as hesitant.
