How do I open a bank account for DD?
Got a $25.00 check towards her college fund...gotta love the grandparents.  Anyway, I do want to deposit it....do I need anything special to open up an account for her?

you just need her ss card and either you or DH will have to be custodian.

as others have said, just social security card...I'd recommend looking at the banks, some offer some great deals for kids savings accounts
