How do I shrink the size of a pic using photoshop so I can put the pics on LIF?
We got Photoshop awhile ago, but I haven't had time to use it a lot. Is it possible to shrink the size of a pic using Photoshop so that I can insert pics on LIF? TIA!!!

you need to change the resolution (if you have a high megapixel camera) of the picture and i would turn down the quality of the picture when saving as a jpeg. When saveing, it should give you an approx. picture size.

Yes, photoshop is great for this.
You can Save for Web, and then reduce the quality of the picture (LIF will only let you upload photos that are less than 60 kb)
You can also reduce the dimensions of the photo, I think its under Image > Image Size.
For websites, photos don't need to be more than 72 dpi because monitors only display that resolution anyway. If you want to print the image, 300 dpi or higher is recommended.
I don't have photoshop on this computer so I can't check for you.
