How do some people get the jobs they have??
I always work for these really high-level execs and they always ask me the dumbest computer questions  Like - how do I add a row into a table.....are you serious??!?! And you make how much $$$???
Another popular question is - "my computer screen is black, what is going on?" - MOVE YOUR MOUSE, A-HOLE!

I think the worst was trying to trouble shoot printer problems with my old boss. 10 minutes later after checking print queues, plugs, print setup, etc. I said "What does it say on the screen?" She said "Add Paper."

my boss doesn't know how to change the font/screen color in Word. But he's an a-hole.

My co-worker one day came in (late as usual) started to freak out because her computer wasn't going on. Called the help desk, sat around for 2 1/2 hours doing nothing (which is nothing new anyway). Site support comes upstairs and says... "you might want to turn your monitor on"  IDIOT

This is my favorite...I asked one of the owners to sign something. I left it on his desk with a note to sign & return to me. He came to my desk and asked where to sign it.
I said on the blank line that has your name underneath right next to this.........

An asst principal I work with e-mailed me and in the sentence it said "In the passed..."
Meaning "in the PAST"...

Goodness, I know what you mean. In my last postion I used to get a lot of email from the "super" high honchos, and I'd cringe at some of the grammar and spelling. Is it so hard to proofread? I just expect more from people who are in high positions.

My favorite is when those in the same industry I'm in making double and that have been in it for years are asking ME coverage questions!
