the quickest way is to take SS to Wantagh to Northern state east...get off @ 35S and
just watch for the mall on your right (it's about 1/2 mile from the parkway). Target is in the back on the south side.
Wait...I'm assuming you were going west to east -
if you are heading east to west then follow the directions above - just remember to bear left at the forks...

go north on SOB to either the Northern State or LIE and take either one West bound.
Off the Northern State Parkway, take Exit 35S for Rts. 106/107. Off the LIE, take exit 41S (again, for 106/107). The mall is less than a mile south on 106/107 on your right. Target is around the back of the mall when you enter off Broadway (Rt. 106/107).

SSP coming west, you can get off at 25N (newbridge road) and follow it ALLLLLLLLLLLLL the way north, about 15 mins.

I live right off of SS 25N and it takes me like 10 mins to get to broadway mall this way!

I live right off of SS 25N and it takes me like 10 mins to get to broadway mall this way!
