I love Pier 1. my husband hates that I do. They have things in my style for a good price. I never had a problem with anything I have bought there.

I like them...it depends what you're getting from them, but for the most part, everything I've ever gotten from them I still have...including my patio table which has been outside for the past two years.

I love pier one, I have a rattan desk & chair that I use as a makeup vanity in my bedroom that my mother bought when I was a kid, still in perfect condition.
I love their accessories too.
I think their stuff is really a steal when they are having big sales.

Mensa mensa.
I was given a $50 gift card for Xmas and had trouble spending it. After catching a huge sale I purchased 6 reversable cloth table mats, 6 matching napkins, 6 napkin rings, and 6 beer mugs (2 broke in a week).

I really like Pier 1 for the little extras that finish a room. I agree they're not the cheapest, so I try to go when there's a sale !
