you can click on picture with right button and click on properties. then copy the address and then click on Insert web image at bottom of post and then paste in the address.. or you can do a link to the album

right click on the picture and go down to properties. when the grey box comes up, click on and highlight the address
it will look like:
http://www.lifamilies.com/i/pa/59688.jpg
then right click and go to "copy" (or hit control and "C")
then start a new post (it helps if you have two browser windows open).
click on "insert web image" underneath the emoticons
paste the address of the pic (or hit control and "V")
hit enter and it should come up
