How do you attach your Gazebo to the ground ???
I really want to get a Gazebo this year. Something similar to this.
Gazebo
My question is how do you attach these to the ground so it doesn't move when it gets really windy out.
My patio is concrete and I am not thrilled about digging holes in my concrete for a Gazebo that may only last me a few years.
I was thinking maybe getting some cinderblocks and just tie rope around a cinderblock and the legs of the gazebo at all four posts so it doesn't move too much.
I don't mind if it moves an inch or two. I just don't want it blowing into my neighbor's yard during one of those typical summer storms.
Thanks in advance.

cinderblocks would be a good idea. Maybe you could do something with large container pots, that would be more decorative at least. Just a thought.

Cinderblocks would never work for us, our house is on the water and VERY windy...
I believe DH was able to shoot into the concrete and attach the ties that way, not sure what tool he used, but I'm sure it was one specifically for that......

My Dh bought screws with latches or somethign like that so he could hook them into our gazebo and then drilled holes in our concret and the gazebo doesn't even move. It is great because we had problems with it staying up on windy days.
