How do you clean marble?
What is safe to use? What should I avoid?

Re: How do you clean marble?
I avoid anything harsh like clorox. I mostly use warm water and a mild detergent. Occasionally wash marble surfaces with luke warm water and wipe dry with a clean cloth. Wiping surface with a damp chamois will not leave streaks. Once or twice a year, depending on soil, wash with a mild detergent solution (hand dish-washing detergent and warm water), rinse and wipe dry.

Re: How do you clean marble?
When I had marble floors, I used just a warm, damp mop and maybe a few drops of hand soap.
