Re: How do you clean your shower doors?
DH cleans the bathroom. He uses Sprayaway window cleaner, the doors have a coating on them and we can't use ammonia based products.
If they are particularly spotty from the inside and it won't come off with Sprayaway, I use baking soda on a damp sponge.

LOL. Mine is retired. One condition of retirement is that he not sit on the couch all day doing nothing, while I still work full time. He also vacuums, mops, does laundry, and shops. All I have to do is dust, cook and clean the kitchen.

How do you clean your shower doors?
I read somewhere that hair conditioner cleans shower doors and my daughter used it and said it worked great. Try it.

Magic eraser and elbow grease. Also anytime someone showers we use a squeege to dry off the doors. I have clear glass. It's so annoying every day I am tempted to rip the whole thing out and get a shower curtain.

Re: How do you clean your shower doors?
I just started using vinegar and dawn solution and it works great. I copied this from online.
Heat vinegar in microwave until hot and pour into squirt bottle.Add the Dawn soap. Put the lid on and gently shake to incorporate. You now have a powerful cleaning product that will melt soap scum and tub and shower buildup, clean sinks, appliances and just about anything.

This sounds great. Can it be any kind of dawn?
I'd had it with my shower doors today actually and I scrubbed them with dawn ultimate( or something) on the back of a sponge and then baking soda. They came out fine but I still wanted to rip the doors off lol

This works well - I don't heat it thought, I spray it while I'm in the shower every morning and then squeegee it off

The instructions I read on a blog said to use the blue dawn and that's what I used. I did warm up the vinegar for couple of minutes because my shower door was very spotty. Many sites online say to use equal parts vinegar and dawn but I used 1/4 dawn and 3/4 vinegar. I sprayed the shower door and cleaned the rest of the house for couple of hours. After couple of hours I just used a sponge to wipe the doors. No elbow grease needed but I wet the sponge couple of times. I have tried many organic cleaners and this is by far the best product I have used and it costs pennies. Makes me feel I have been duped all this time spending money on buying organic/green products.
