How do you combat sweets cravings on WW?

Help!!!! I'm on Day 4 and I'm already feeling weak!!!

I need something sweet for a few points. I've tried the WW desserts, and they are great--but I could eat the whole box so I don't buy them!

Can anyone help me out? I've lost 3 lbs. in 4 days and I'd like to keep it going!

I don't know if you're an ice cream person, but WW makes these huge ice cream bars that are DEEEE-Lish.

Skinny Cow is another brand that makes "points friendly" ice cream.

Also, Smart Ones makes desserts that are pretty descent.

the hostess mini cakes are good (the chocolate and the crumb cake ones are the best IMO and they are 1 pt for all 3 mini cakes)

do you like fruit? fruit is low in pts.

if you go to meetings, the peanutbutter bliss bars are fabulous! and are 1 pt each and there are also the smoothie mixes which are 1-2pts each depending if u make them w/ water or milk.

You should have your two servings of fruit a day and that will curb your craving for sugar.

Sometimes, I will wait until I get home and have a ww 1 pt chocolate raspberry bar (frozen, of courseChat Icon ).

If I am going to have something, I try to have it at home. This way I feel more accountable for it. I don't know why I think that way Chat Icon Chat Icon

Everyone gave you great suggestions! One dessert I love is like an ice cream sandwich. You take a graham cracker and break it in half. Then put a spoonful of cool whip on one cracker and then put the other on top to make a sandwich. Freeze it for a few hours and the eat it! It is so yummy.
I also find that a cup of hot chocolate is great in the winter. I found hot chocolate that is only 60 calories per serving. Somehow it fills me up and satisfies my sweet craving. Maybe because it's hot???
Good luck! The first week or two is always the hardest, then your body will adjust and stop craving the sweet as much.

Healthy Choice Premium Fudge Bars are awesome and only 1 point.

WW Ice Cream cups are 1 or 2 points, I think, and also really good.

You could also try sugar free jell-o. I think the pre-packaged ones are 0 points.

Also, try some fruit!

Fruit, fruit, fruit.

I also find my cravings aren't nearly as destructive when I make sure I eat every 2 hours. The cravings come with hunger, so if I make sure I'm never hungry, I don't get the cravings Chat Icon

If it's really bad, we have a few bars of lindt chocolate in the house - 85% dark chocolate. I'll break off one little square and have it - which is an INSANE dose of pure chocolate and satisfies my chocolate craving for the week.

I love the Deep Chocolate VitaMuffins and even on core allow myself to indulge (1 pt) with a glass of FF milk.

I cut the muffin into 4 pieces and eat slow...so yummy!

Never done WW but I'm told what I do is a combination of WW and a tad of South Beach. I have 2 friends hooked on this treat:
Heat some cream cheese till it smooth (does not take long) & then sprinkle some cinnamon sugar and mix. Eat alone, with the flat pretzel chips, ritz crackers, or some gram crackers. YumChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I also find if I mix one of their 1, 2 or 3 point snacks with a glass of milk it is more satisfying. Also look online for their desserts. An old WW trick is to mix cake mix with a can of diet soda(any type, root beer, diet cherry coke etc.) I *think* it is one point per serving. You can also mix with a can of plain pumpkin and thats good. I make them into muffins
