Re: how do you feel about this figurine???
Definitely not a fan of it. But it's perfect to represent the commercialization of Christmas.
eta.
or on the flip side - bringing back the religious meaning to Christmas (whatever your take)

i thought it would be a nice way to explain the birth of christ and how it ties in with the legend of santa claus to my children. my sister told me that the nativity scene and santa should be left separate. im still thinking of buying it. not too sure.

Re: how do you feel about this figurine???
I really don't like it. IMO, Santa and Jesus don't belong in the same scene and as Barb said, it just reminds me of how commercialized Christmas has become.

I kind of like it...my mom has it too. It kind of ties everything about Christmas together BUT I can see how people wouldn't like it

only thing i can decipher is that they are both rooted in catholicism, christ and saint. nothing more nothing less.

Re: how do you feel about this figurine???
if you like it, then get it. I think anything that has a religious affiliation makes it a very personal choice, and one that only you can make.

IF you like it that's all that matters. I like it. It seems to me that even Santa know the true meaning of Christmas!

I don't like the mixing of Santa & baby Jesus, but if you like then you should get it.
