How do you figure out how many MONTHS you are?

How do you figure out how many MONTHS you are?
I've got the weeks down pat, but how do you figure out how many months you are? I'm 19 weeks tomorrow. Is it every 4 weeks is another month or do you count back from your due date?

20 weeks i believe is considered 5 months so i would say you are just about 5 months...JMO

I either just alternate between having 4 weeks in the month & then the next month has 5 week (ex: month 1 is 1-4, month 2 is 5-9, month 3 is 10-13) or I look at "What to Expect" since they have approximate weeks for each month.
ETA: At 19 weeks, you would be in the beginning of your 5th month.

since everyone has their own interpretation of months, i always say how many weeks i am, or how many weeks i have left.
