How do you get a refund on Mets tickets??

The game we were supposed to attend last night was rained out. How do we exchange/refund without having to drive all the back into Queens from Long Island?

In the event a regulation game is not played due to weather then, unless indicated otherwise on the ticket, the rain check can be exchanged for the same price seat for any regular season home game at the same facility this or next season (including, in the case of NY Mets tickets only, at Citi Field in 2009), subject to availability, or (in the case of NY Mets tickets only) refunded during this or the next calendar year at the Mets' home ballpark or by mail to the Mets Ticket Office. If issued complimentarily, this ticket shall have no value.
