how do you get a spasm to stop!
it is over myright eye and it will not stop now for 2 days! it is driving me crazy!

I have had it on and off last month. But, ever since I started working out again.....it is gone!
I think it is Stress! So try to relax.

i am trying to relax, and stay stress free but it does not work, and when i think i can get sometime to my self something always happens! i think i will try for a nap in a few, kryssy is at her friends houde and sleeping there tonight. so we will see

I had an eye twitch last month that lasted a week, eventually just went away. Someone told me a cold compress, and try to rest your eyes. Don't do too much reading or looking at a computer screen. I couldn't do this, but maybe you could try it!
