How do you get rid of that pouch?
I know I only had DS 11 weeks ago but I am disgusted with my stomach. Any good exercises?

I was just thinkng the same thing. I didn't have it so bad after DD, but DS stretched out so far I just have a huge blob there now. GROSS

CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO.
No amount of sit ups or crunches will get rid of that "pouch"....you have to do your cardio.

I got rid of my pouch MUCH sooner the 2nd time around..Everynight I do the ab-roller and I am always non-stop, running around..

First its a pouch, duffle bag, hip sack whatever you call it.. it gets better when it starts to look like elephant skin... 
I use the excercise ball to between my ankles and left while laying flat on the floor w/legs straight. It so sucks that area.

Same here! I HATE it!!! I want to take a kick boxing classes, I'm not the gym type.
