How do you give a tip to the UPS delivery person?
I've done most of my holiday shopping online, so the UPS people are getting a workout. We did get a card about a week ago on one of the packages with a pic of the UPS truck and a guy's name, but the times I've been home when they deliver it's always a new person. So how do I tip then?
Also, I'm generally not home when they deliver (especially coming up, when I'm expecting more packages)-- how do I physically leave a tip for them, since it's not like the mail and they come every day-- it could be a few days before they come again.

I'm wondering this too, our usually UPS guy hasn't been delivering out packages, and I want to give him the tip. I don't know who to give it to now, should I wait?

IMO, if you have a "regular" delivery person, I would wait until I see them and give a tip.

if you have a regular delivery guy then wait to tip him, perhaps leave it with a neighbor who gets packages regularly? or if its my UPS guy who left my package this week IN THE RAIN on my back steps INSTEAD of under my awning not 2 feet away from the steps.....yea I'm not too worried about my UPS guys tip this year  I'll give him a soggy $10 bill

People tip UPS guys?  My delivery man just throws the sh!t on the stoop, he doesn't deserve a tip for that

I am going to give him $20. He does an awesome job. He has been my UPS guy for about 3 yrs now. Last PG and this he brings the boxes in the house for me. Love that guy!!!!!
He even holds my deliveries when I am away.
