How do you go about suing a company for almost $600?

How do you go about suing a company for almost $600?
We had a pool company come and "fix" our liner numerous times last summer. We spent close to $700 and have receipts for everything.
When we opened the pool this summer, the liner was falling off again. We hired a new company that fixed it the right way. Spent double the time and even said the way that the other company attempted to fix it was incorrect and it would have never lasted.
I want something to be done about this! I am infuriated how much money we spent last summer.
Can I sue? small claims court? how do I do something about this?

I would say small claims court. They will probably settle before it gets before a judge.

small claims court. i'd also file a claim with the better business bureau.

Small claims court. You can do it yourself, it is pretty easy to do
