How do you handle people coming up to you and asking if you love the job, when you hate it?

We had a big social function today and a few people were like soooo.... do you totally love your job yet. I wanted to puke. I am soooo bad at lying my facial expressions or tone of voice usually give it away. I said the only job I love is being a mom and blew it off, corny I know.
