YUCK! I feel like everything out there just gets so nasty. What do you do with everything?

I should add that we do not have a garage so that's not an option. We do have a shed though.

I have a power jeep and her sink toy under a chaise lounge cover, BUT things still got nasty, but NO WHERE AS bad as it would have been without the cover.

do you think sandbox toys should be washed frequently?

We powerwash everything at the start of the season and then if it needs to, DH will do it again if they get gross.

But I'm always washing the pools before each use and the water table.

Buckets and stuff will get a rinse with hose.

Small stuff (balls, mitts, chalk, etc) are in rubbermaid bins on the patio year round for them to play with.

Bikes, soccer net, play tunnel go in garage (or in your case shed)

Bigger stuff (slide, basketball hoop) get hosed down and/or Magic Eraser as needed

We keep them on the patio rather than the grass to help them stay cleaner. It hink this time of year with all the pollen and rain they are just going to be dirtier. Later, in the summer, it seems to be better to me.
