How do you know...
When your in 2WW? I'm waiting to ovulate and would like to know... All this is still pretty new to me.

The 2 Week Wait refers to the 2 weeks after you ovulate....

Yup- you should have 2 weeks between ovulation and AF arriving.

In a perfect World, you have 28 day cycles and you ovulate on CD14.
So in theory it's after CD14 or 2 weeks before your next AF.
BUT a lot of women do not have 28 day cycles or it's not regular. And even if you have 28 day cycles you could ovulate before or after CD14.
The only way to really know when you ovulate is to use OPKs, Fertility monitors, temping, etc....
This is why most OBs use your last missed period (LMP) to determine your due date when you are PG. A lot of women don't really know when they ovulate.
