How do you know you have a Fannie Mae mortgage?
Is that a type of mortgage or is that a bank? (Hope that doesn't sound dumb)
Our mortgage is with Wells Fargo and is a non-conforming streamline loan with a 30 year fixed rate.

If it's "nonconforming" it's most likely not... "Conforming" means conforming with Fannie/Freddie standards.

I'd stil doublecheck. Go to the website for either of. You put your loan number and it will tell you if it is or is not. I actually think WellsFargo has a link to this in their website. My mortgage is through WellsFargo and I think I saw that.
