How do you ladies keep your spirits up when TTC?
Any tips on how to keep from obsessing too much, getting discouraged, depressed, etc?

I keep telling myself to stay positive and that my month will come soon. HTH also having some of the ladies on here keeping each other positive also helps.

I'm usually a very happy person but when TBAF came Sunday I was soooo sad. But I'm back to my normal happy self.....
What I usually do to keep my spirits up is:
Pray!!!!!!!
and I have a few hobbies, I'm into beading (bracelets, necklaces, etc.) and I read alot....... I'm all about googling TTC information.....
And of course the ladies on here give me oh so much support.... I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Image Attachment(s):

When I feel myself getting out of control with TTC, I have a good cry and then come on here & get much appreciated hugs & support!!

Honestly, if you have a bad day and cray about it, I think that's a good thing. You need that release. But you have to stay positive and truly believe that your day will come. I know I do.

I've definitely been obsessing more since I came on the site. On the other hand, I've learned so much, and it is really great to have a support system and know there are other women out there going through the same exact thing.
I know it will happen for us too. It hasn't been that long of a road for us yet, so its a little easier to keep my chin up.
Every month that passes gives me another month with just DH. And while a baby is the greatest gift and miracle of all, there is also something to be said for this time...where it is just us - since we'll never have it again!

One of the drawbacks of coming on LIF is that it will make you obsess more. Sometimes I take breaks from the boards for that reason.
