How do you line the bottom of your eyes......
without it running down your face, hrs later?
Is there something you use, waterproof, liq liner?

I only use a MAC pencil eyeliner (everything else I try doesn't compare)
when I do line the bottom lash line (not often), it never runs or smears. it stays on all day.

I only use pencil..........never used liquid. Dont know if that has anything to do with it but never had a problem with the pencil running down, ever.
ETA: If you use liquid, you can try dabbing some foundation on the bottom of your eye right under your lower lid. That could possibly stop/prevent the running.

I have a liner brush that I wet and dip in eyeshadow, it has never run and I have been doing it for years.

I only use pencil, and I used to have THE WORST time with it running and disappearing on me.
I read reviews about the Almay eye pencil, and this thing works wonders!!! It doesn't come off until I TAKE it off!

same here. i actually use liquid on the top of the lid, but shadow for the bottom...it never runs
