Copy and paste it into your profile from a ticker site.

This site's good for a pregnancy ticker. You put your due date on the lefthand side and then select the ticker you want. You'll then be given a code (something along the lines of <a ldajfkdsjfkldsjakfjdsl /a>) which you copy and then paste into your profile (under any of the sections). Hope I helped.
