How do you relieve engorgement? Milk just dropped. Ouch!
I feel like I just got breast implants. My boobs suddenly got soooooooooo hard!!! Now my breasts are sore from having too much milk. Help!
Does pumping help or make it worse? I think I heard that some doulas can give you a massage to relieve the milk pressure?

Yes pumping helps but pump just enough to get relief. You can also take a warm shower and self express.

Don't pump to empty your breat because you will be giving your body the signal to make more. Just pump to relieve the pain.

You can massage yourself , circular motion. Also as others said don't pump too much, just enough to relieve the pressure.
