How do you remove gum from the dryer? update - I got it out
DH left gum in his pocket. it is now melted all over the dryer  HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Stuff DH IN the dryer
2. Tell him to chew once the dryer heats up and softens the gum

My dad owns laundromats, I've seen this done a hundred times.
Just wait for it to cool and use a razor blade.
Use Goo Gone for the residue, if there is any.

I have "goof off", I think it's the same thing. but the container says "keep away from heat" and I need to use the dryer again ASAP!

I swear the wet dryer sheet works! I had to remove gum last week! I found the tip on the internet and I was amazed!
