How do you sign over a check?
Someone made a check out to DH but it should have been to me and I need to deposit it into my account, not our joint accout. What does he have to write?

i believe on the back, you can just put "pay to the order of" and your name, and have him sign it. i would call the bank to double check... but i've done that before and had no problems

what we usually do, is DH will sign it, and I sign under it, and deposit into my account.
