How do you stay motivated?
I have just gotten into a slump and just can't get back into it. It is like I don't care but I do. I need some inspiration!

Things I think about to stay motivated:
Looking great ... during sex!
Trying on bathing suits in late spring and loving every single one!
Compliments from strangers!
Having energy, even after a long day at work.
Listening to other women complain about their bodies ... and not jumping into the conversation.

I love being healthy...and being able to eat anything I want in moderation of course!

i was feeling the same exact way and i used to be very into working out so it took hiring a trainer to get my back into it. Paying all that money and having scheduled appts with him made me go and when i started to see results it got me motivated to keep it up on my own. they teach you new stuff too which keeps it fun.
