How do you stay organized?
With monthly activities? Folders, binders, something else?

Re: How do you stay organized?
I used folders in the past, but am moving everything into binders this year...they are easier to look through in my opinion...I keep the books that go along with activities in clear pages in the binder as well

Re: How do you stay organized?
See, I was thinking of doing this. I have folders now and there is so much crap in them. I think next year, I'll buy more binders and sheet protectors and that will be a project for me!

Binders and sheet protectors!
Same here! I have a binder for every unit I teach, one for student information, one for annual reviews and a few others.

Re: How do you stay organized?
all my lessons are in binders in sheet protectors. and units are separated with dividers. I bought 2 of those large binders (maybe 3 in not sure) and i have all reading and writing in one and math and fundations in the other.
I have one binder that i put current list of TPs and that weeks lessons so that they are out in one spot (just in case) divided into sections as well

Re: How do you stay organized?
i am 5th grade. Each subject has a binder and then it's divided into areas:
I.E. Math Binder then Sections are: place value rounding decimals multiplication geometry, etc. etc.
It works for me.
my plan book is also a binder and i created my own weekly lesson planning pages and just photocopy a bunch in advance... so the specials and pull-outs are already written in.... and i just add my plans.

Same here. One binder for each unit. Each protector contains a lesson plans and any worksheets associated with that particular lesson.
