How do you warm up BF milk?
If I am going to be pumping and storing it?
I can move it from the freezer to the fridge but how does it warm up coming out of the fridge?

I run it under warm/hot water. I never put it in the microwave because it changes the makeup of it.

I always put the bags in a bowl of warm/hot water. It doesn't take long to thaw out. I agree, don't put BM in the microwave it does remove the nutrients in it.

Yes you can. It warms up very quickly - hot water should do the trick.

Once you defrost it in warm water, it will stay warm if you use it right away. Just don't re-freeze it once you defrost it. From the fridge stash, I use my bottle warmer or a hot cup of water.

I never really warmed it up, unless it was frozen or very cold. Molly would drink BM right out of the frig.
Just don't microwave it!! Use warm water
