How does the real estate agent get their commission?
Or maybe I should say from whom? We did not use a buyers agent. Our agent was working for the seller but was NOT the listing agent. Do we have to pay the agent anything? I am confused HELP

You shouldn't have to pay the agent anything. The commission is paid by the seller. If there are 2 agents, they usually split the commission that the seller agreed to pay.

No, you don't pay the REA, the seller does.
Unless you signed a contract with the REA you used that stated you would pay a portion of the costs.
