How does this menu sound for DS's 1st Birthday...

This is what we ordered:
-Baked Ziti
-Penne Alla Vodka
-Eggplant Parm
-Chicken Parm
-Chicken Cubes stuffed with mushrooms
-Veal Marsala
-Broccoli Rabe made with Garlic and Oil and with sundried tomatoes and Olives.
-Sausage and Peppers
-Tossed Salad
-6 Ft hero half American/half italian
-macaroni salad
-potato salad
-dinner rolls

They are going to give us coffe grind, coffee cups, plates, spoons, forks and knives.

The person we called is a friend of DH's that he grew up with and went to school with.

Yes, that's a ton of food! How many people are you expecting? I am sure you have enough.

You may want to do french fires and maybe chicken nuggets if you are going to have toddlers

I hope none of my guests see this list...Im serving a lot less for my Matty's party. I just dont want to deal with the hot stuff mainly. Your food sounds yummy, esp the chicken stuffed with mushrooms. Is it homemade?

That sounds great!!! It is always better to have to much food then not enough. You could always freeze left overs or eat them throughout the week!!

I really have to start DD baptism party list. YIKES!
