How does this plan sound RE: Weaning from BF

Exactly 2 weeks from today I go back to work
I am very lucky to have spent 9 wonderful months home with my beautiful DD.
I BF about 5 times a day, give or take, and she eats 3 meals. In order to prepare her and my body I have a sort of plan and would like some input!

I will drop her off at daycare @ 7:30 and pick her up @ 3:15. I will BF her upon wakening @ 5:30 and would like to BF her when I get home from work around 3:45.

This week I plan on giving her a bottle @ her 9:30 feeding.

Next week give her a bottle @ 9:30 and 1:30 feeding. So cut out her day feedings and basically letting her BF anytime after 3:30ish.

Is this plan ok? I want to ease in for the both of us. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! TIA

Sounds like a great plan! We did something similar, DS just started daycare at 7 months and has adjusted really well. Good luck with the transition, it was really tough on me but now 3 weeks in I am pretty used to my new routine.
