How early do you send bday party invites out?

I've noticed some parents will send them only 2 weeks before the party. My DD's will be in exactly one month so I'm trying to decide when to send invites. Thanks!

It depends on how many rejections I hope to receive. LOL If I am hoping for lots of no's I wait until 3 weeks before. Otherwise 4 weeks.

I send them early. Im just a really anal planner. Like a month before. even 5 weeks.

I hate when I get an invite for a party only 2 weeks before.

I try to get them out a month in advance but I have found that most parents forget about it and call 2 days before (if at all ) But I would say 2 weeks is good. I once got an invite on a Monday for a party that Sat - that is a little too short of notice for me ;)

I usually send out close friends and family at 4 weeks and school kids at 3 weeks because they will forget if you send them out too early. I always get like 5 people who rsvp 2 days before the party too!
