How Effective Is The Ovulation Calendar?
Ok, just wanted to hear from those who succeeded in getting pregnant...
How effective was following the ovulation calendar in helping you to conceive? And how long did it take you?
I'm biding my time 'cus I assume it will take me about 3-6 months if I follow the ovulation calendar - ie. have a whole lotta sex during my fertile period. Am I realistic to assume this?

It's very realistic. i've been pregnant 3x and have always used webmd.com ovulation calendar.

I agree..it worked for me. The one thing to remember is that you still have to know your cycle and its not going to be the same each month. Its not perfect but its definately a good guideline.

I think that it only works for people with very regular cycles. My cycles are irregular and I ovulate very late in my cycle. If you want more accurate information, use an OPK or chart on Fertility Friend. If I hadn't used OPK's or charting - I would still be on the TTC board!

Same here with webmd.com but 2x -pregnant the first month both times. (I also did the try for a boy/try for a girl option which worked but then again it's a 50/50 chance)
