How else to grill veggies??
Besides on a BBQ, can i do it on the stove w/ a grill pan? Can i marinate them and grill them on this?

you can use the grill pan, I like to just add olive oil & balsamic vinegar...YUM!

You can also do roasted veggies in the oven which has the same type of effect with a really nice caramelization.
Just oil them up slightly, put them on a baking tray, put them on like 350 and leave until they are soft in the middle and brown around the edges!
