How far along were you when you did 3D/4D sonogram?

How far along were you when you did 3D/4D sonogram?
I have mine scheduled for next Sunday and I will be in my 25th week. The office said anytime after 24 is fine. Am I going too early? The website said the longer you wait, the less room the baby has to move so you wont get as much movement, etc...

I was about 28 weeks and our pics were great...the further along you are the more the baby looks like a baby, but sometimes the less movement you get.
