How far in advance can I make chocolate lollipops?
My DD's first birthday party is Nov 12. Can I make them this week or is that too far ahead? I have so many things going on in the next two weeks that I'm trying to do whatever I can ahead of time.

Yes, they will still be good. I did chocolate favors 2 weeks before a party. I bagged them and kept them in an airtight container. They were fine.
