How far in advance to plan a trip to Disney?
Do you think it's too late to plan something for THIS fall? Dh thinks we probably can, I think he's crazy!

you can try
I am a BIG planer so I planed it 8-12 months in advance My sister however ( who is not a big planner) did hers in 3 months - BUT I has all my dinner reservatios and days all planed out ( tha is how I like to have it) so you most likly can pull it off

we booked our trip for December in September, early sept. we got everything we wanted so it can be done.

I am sure you can arrange a wonderful trip for the fall at this time. You can go to Disney.com to see what's available.
Some upcoming events...
In October the Food & Wine Festival at EPCOT draws a lot of people fills up the Epcot resorts (Boardwalk, Beach & Yacht Club, Swan & Dolphin).
There is also Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party hosted in the Magic Kingdom a few evenings a week with attendance building up the closer you get to Halloween. The halloween party is A LOT of fun!!

depending on when your going in Sept.. they are doing the free dining promo so many of the restaurants have been booked for a long time... we booked our trip for Sept back in April and some restaurants were a little difficult to book then

yes, I've read that even booking way in advance you often have to go with a later time(8-9pm) dinner res. wow!

thanks! let the planning begin . I'm excited but also a bit overwhelmed(not sure if I'd rather just go to a travel agent).
