I had mine last weekend - 7 weeks to my due date. I thought it was a perfect timeframe IMO.

6-8 weeks is perfect.

You have time to see what you get. Set it up and buy what is missing.

I am due in September and my shower will be July 28.

i think my shower is 3 weeks before i am due and last night DH admitted he's getting nervous the baby will come before the shower, if i had been in cahrge, i would have had it 2-3 months before

I am having mine at the end of June- I will be 30 weeks then. Since I'm due at the very beginning of September- Its only 2 months from my due date. I wanted to have enough time to get everything in order!

I think 28-32 weeks is a good time b.c then you are still comfortable and can enjoy the party - also if you have any complications you would hate to miss the party.

i'm due at the end of sept and mine is going to be in the beginning of july. My mom & MIL are planning it and found a weekend that will be good for most of our families to be there. After that weekend a lot of people will be on vacation

I'd say 2 months. I had my shower about 2 1/2 months b4 due date & it gave us a chance to inventory what we had, set things up, prepare baby's room & such. I also felt great at that point.

Mine is next weekend...I will be 30 weeks at that time. I am due August 9th, but with summer plans and everyones schedules, it seemed to work the best for everyone.

I am due the end of July and my shower is sometime in June

mine was about 8 weeks before and let me tell you I was so exhausted afterwards I cant imagine having it like right now when I cannot stand on my feet for long periods of time and just get tired so easily...
