how hot is too hot??
i heard that ur not supposed to take hot showers while TTC or when ur pregno. but how do u know if its too hot?

my friend who just had a baby told me no baths while pregnant and no hot showers. hot showers can also effect ovulation believe it or not. messed up

lauren!!! i just found this! maybe my friend was wrong.... LOOK you hae your showers back...
No more lounging in hot tubs or saunas, especially for the future father (during the entire preconception phase). Hot showers are fine.

Hot, not scalding, showers are ok and so are warm baths. I believe the reason they don't want you in hot baths, hot tubs, saunas is because you're not supposed to have an elevated temperature.

I was told no hot baths while pregnant, hot showers were fine...and obviously no baths after the bag of waters breaks...but one step at a time...

UH OH we both take like really hot showers, so hot that our tile on the ceiling has been becoming unglued and we need to get an exhaust fan. oops, thanks for the info!!

Same here. I am 8 months pg and take hot showers all winter.

They say no hot baths when PG but hot water actually helps move an infection, so you risk with your cervix open a little getting one sitting in a tub. Showers, hot as you like them when TTC are fine...
