How is everyone's pets...
holding up with all the fireworks?? Uno is fine, I think he could sleep through anything, but poor Bella is beyond stressed! I even tried her all natural calming stuff, no dice. And tomorrow's her birthday! Poor gal!I hope everyone else's pets are handling it ok!

We play a big role in how they handle loud and unexpected noises, so we've always done the best we could to ignore the sounds, distract them from it, and just act as their pillars of strength. 
I know a lot of dogs are just extremely fearful and there's not much you can do about it. Brinkley we taught to be calm and that it was no big deal. Ginger's ears perk up at the sound but she doesn't get anxious and we don't pay attention to her when she's in that state.
We had the AC on last night too so it muffled the sounds. Ditto tonight, it's going to be in the 90's today!

We did the same, plus I turn the TV on and sing some karaoke to help drown out the fireworks!! Although she might be better off taking her chances with the fireworks rather than my singing... The fireworks here have already started today

Rocky went outside last night to go the bathroom and he stood in the middle of the yard shaking. We had to let him sleep with us last night cause he was scared.
It has been a bad weekend so far since he got neutered on Friday and the fireworks he's not a happy puppy!!!!

i'm dogsitting my parents' pug right now. She's this little thing, but isn't scared instead she wants to fight the fireworks. She goes crazy trying to get outside and fight.

my little girl barks at them my boy is a sissy and just wants his mommy...i'd like to punch the idiot that was setting them off at 3am and woke me up before i had to go to work at 8am...

We crank our AC to make noise and put the tv on loud, and get our dogs out before dark. My female is reallly bad with them, my male could not care less.

Stupid me didn't even think to let her out before it got too dark...and mine are the same way-she's a mess, he could give a crap.
