Saw a house over there I like online.

You can FM me if you want. I grew up there. My parents refused to pay RVC taxes LOL. My mom still is there on the street bordering The Links.
Family oriented, normal area. Very friendly neighbors we always had (we actually lived there, moved to Dix Hills for a few yrs and wound up back in So Hemp because my mom missed it and felt it was less of the keeping up with the Jones).
RVC schools so you can't go wrong, and Covert is right there - my sister currently goes there

Just moved there in May after looking in that specific area for 2 years. We were set with the area for many reasons, but mostly becasue we know a lot of people there who all love it. If you have any specific questions feel free to FM me!

My parents bought my grandmothers house when I was 8 and they still live there.
They are closer to the SSP, then RVC, but it's all a very nice area.
And ditto on Ferring. I used to work there and we still get our parties catered from them.

It's a nice area and a great way to get into the schools and not spend RVC $$$ prices.
