How is the CBEFM different than using OPKs?
I am going onto cycle 8 and am considering using the CBEFM if I dont get pregnant this cycle. What benefit is there to using it if OPK's tell you when you ovulate? Is it easy to use?
Thanks!

Re: How is the CBEFM different than using OPKs?
This is my first month using CBEFM and I used OPK once. When using OPK, I never got a smilely. I don't know if I started too early or too late.
Since this is my first month using CBEFM, I hope this might help. The first month I got a lot of high fertilty days because I have a longer cycle. It made it easier b/c it tracks your whole cycle and to my undersatnading, the longer you use it, the more it gets to know your body. On CD days 22 and 23 I got my egg. I feel more relaxed this month b/c I am not guesing and trying to figure out did we BD on the right days, what day did I O. Even now that I have signs of AF, I am not as devasted as I have been in the past or testing just b/c I have no idea how many DPO I am.
Hope this helps!
Good Luck.

Thanks for replying. I am debating whether to try it, but it seems expensive. You felt it gave you alot more info than regular OPKs? Keep us updated!

This is my second (and hopefully last month ) using it. I find it so much more helpful than the regular OPKs since I have a long/sometimes irregular cycle. Super easy to use, you have to POAS a lot though.
