How is traffic on the SSP East heading to Deer Park Ave on a weekday morning?
DH is taking DD to an 8:15 doctor's appt tomorrow morning. It's on Deer Park Ave in Babylon. We live in Bellmore. How is traffic on the SSP East at that hour? How much time should he leave? TIA!

there is not much delays that direction. a little by wantagh parkway and again by 110/109.
i used to go from wantagh to west islip in less than 30 minutes. ( i went a little earlier but have done the trip between 8-9 too and it wasn't bad at all)

You should be fine. The only place I've ever met traffic is where it branches off to the Sagtikos, and you will be off before then.
