How is Ulta's Return Policy?

I bought a bunch of Nioxin products last week and started using them a few days ago. My hair felt really gross so I spoke to cs rep at Nioxin this morning and she told me I was using wrong system #
Will Ulta take the products back for an exhange even though I don't have the packaging anymore?

I was just going to say that last time I returned stuff, you needed the packaging. Can you call ahead and explain your situation? Do you still have the receipt? Did a clerk help you...maybe you can blame them


As a side, Ulta changed so much over the years, I no longer go. I miss the old Ulta...the Ulta I could stay in for hours with my friend and walk out totally poor but with bags of stuff.

I have the receipt but not the packaging and that stuff is NOT cheap!!!!!

just tell them youre allregic to it.. im pretty sure they have to take it back then. especially if you have the receipt.
