How long?
Maybe TMI, but how long does the bleeding last??? I started miscarrying on Friday and I was wondering if anyone can tell me how long it lasts for? Is it like regular AF??? Also... TMI, but forgive me for sounding really stupid- I should not wear a tampon, right? I meant to ask my dr but keep on forgetting.

I didnt m/c naturally, so Icant answer on the bleeding.
I think Tampons are a no no.
I was told nothing inside (tampons, sex) for 2 weeks.
Sorry you are going thru this

I had heavy bleeding for a full 7 days - then lighter for a few more. The doctor said no tampons.
I haven'y gotten AF yet - but I was told it will come in about 4 - 6 weeks.
So sorry for your loss.

I bled for about 7 days after an early m/c. My normal period returned about a month later.

No you CAN NOT use tampons. There will be many clots (sorry, tmi) and you need to let them pass. Pads only!!!
I had a D&C so i cant answer on how long.
