How long do I have to wait to put him to bed after a fall?
Roman just got a really nasty lump on his head after falling face first. How long do I have to wait before letting him go to bed?

According to my pediatrician you shouldnt "keep them up". He says that if you do that and they get cranky from being tired you wont know if its from the head injury.
That being said I always kept him awake at least an hour and because I am insane I would wake him every hour just to make sure he responded.

Babies generally get tired after they bump their heads. My ped. said to let him sleep and just nudge him every hour or so to make sure you can stir him a little.
